Early in my career while working at another firm, I remember meeting with a new client to prepare their taxes. As we dug deeper into their tax history, we realized that, had they reached out to me a few months earlier, I could have helped them save over six figures in taxes! Unfortunately, this scenario is all too common, and is the reason why I founded Malinka CPA in 2012. It became distressingly clear that most tax preparers do not care about reducing their client's tax liability. They simply focus on filling out the forms and meeting the deadline. Meanwhile, the clients, trusting the professionals, are none the wiser.
That's why it's the mission of Malinka CPA to not only proactively strategize solutions to reduce current AND future tax liability but to empower my clients through education.
